listening to pagan music on my way to church

This past Sunday, on my way to church, I listed to Korpiklaani (Finnish for “wilderness clan”) live at Wacken Open Air (great 41-minute concert).

Maybe it’s ungodly and sacrilegious for a Christian to do, but the music’s too much fun to let it go to waste.

I’ve enjoyed world music for years.

Therefore listening to music with heavy influence of (European) Paganism fits the bill perfectly, especially, when over-driven electric guitars are involved in a 4/4 or 3/4 beats.
