remembering a hero, pt. 2

VictoriaSoto SandyHookElementary

It’s a shame that people are celebrated when dead, as in the case of Victoria Leigh Soto (27) who saved children when a shooter opened fire in her classroom. GodTube has a video about this elementary school teacher.

“Victoria Soto is a true hero. She used her body to shield her first grade students from the bullets fired into her classroom. May she forever be remembered for the amazing and selfless person she was. Rest in peace sweet Victoria!”

Perhaps this is a morbid voyeurism (disguised as celebration) of an unknown woman. In any case, read her obituary to have an idea who this young woman was.
