    Es una situación muy lamentable y muy preocupante.

    Lamentable por los daños irreparables que ocasionan (muertos, heridos de diferentes niveles de gravedad, daños psicologicos, perdidas economizas, etc)

    Y preocupante porque a pesar de los controles establecidos, no los pueden detectar a tiempo
