psychotic for Lenten, day 26 & another Sunday that doesn’t count (aside from marking the beginning of daytime savings time)

This morning I’ve wondering why I use earbuds to listen to music or not. In short, I want to block the outside from what’s going on inside my head — music, video (usually an old B/W movie), writing, random thought patterns, among many other crazy stuff going on inside me. It’s funny to have the earbuds in place as cheap sound pressure level (SPL) attenuators.
